Established in 1986 by founders Eliana and Gerry Harvey, Middle Piccadilly started life as an innovative healing centre with emphasis on a holistic approach. Therapists then came from family and close friends, their daughter Clare Harvey with Flower Remedies who is now a internationally known authority on Flower Essences and Vibrational Healing, their youngest son Amida, now a member of the Suradetox team, and his wife Sura who practised Aromatherapy and Colette Prideaux-Brune, LaStone and Reflexology, who now works with Advanced Light Therapy.

The Grade 2 listed building dates back to the 17th Century and was a working farm when Eliana and Gerry bought the property. It was sympathetically restored to its former glory, conversion of the surrounding cow stalls and horse stables became cottage style accommodation and treatment rooms and so Middle Piccadilly Natural Healing Centre was born. They soon realised that they had discovered a special niche between the traditional Health Farm and the High Street Clinic and this still remains true today.

Emphasis was on holistic healing which is centred around the individual, reflected in the care and attention given to each guest and so the centre became a true refuge and retreat from the frantic pace of modern day life.
In 1995 saw the retirement of Eliana and Gerry and the ownership pass to their eldest son Dominic and his wife Lisa. To date, this partnership, whilst maintaining the original vision have evolved the centre to what it has become today - Middle Piccadilly Spa Retreat and Wellness Centre.
